Good Morning Britain star welcomes first baby with wife Imogen

Good Morning Britain presenter Alex Beresford has shared the news that he and his wife, Imogen, have welcomed their first child together.
The star took to his Instagram to share the news with his 123k followers.
He shared a sweet selection of images of the newborn including one of himself holding his new daughter on his chest, one of his wife Imogen cuddling her new daughter and a funny snap of the newborn crying with Alex mimicking her.
Alex is also dad to his 15 year old son Cruz from a previous relationship.
In the caption accompanying the post he shared the newborn’s cute name.
He wrote: “After what felt like forever she’s finally here! Camille Beresford arrived safely earlier this week and already has us wrapped around her little finger, already knows what she wants, and we both scream when the human milk machine powers down for a rare break.”
He went on: “@imogen_beresford was AMAZING and is doing incredible, taking to motherhood like a duck to water and I’m enjoying my new
role as Chief Nappy Officer and before you ask, yes I’m on the ones and twos, whilst Cruz has gained his protective Big Brother wings.”
He continued with thanks to the staff at Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital: “I really want to shout out the incredible team of midwives and doctors at Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital, especially Faisa who brought our little angel into this world with such calm and care!
“The NHS is quite simply amazing! Over the last 9 months I saw staff from all over the world constantly going the extra mile. I can’t thank you enough for keeping mum and baby safe xxxx.”
Fans rushed to the post to congratulate the TV favourite.
