Bereavement Notification As we no longer have Bounty personnel on ward or collect information in this way, for GDPR purposes we are unable to receive requests from HCPs & update personal records without the written consent of the record holder. Bounty takes its GDPR responsibilities seriously, and recognises that in the sad circumstances of the death of a baby or miscarriage, future communications and contact could cause unintended hurt. If affected, the individual can contact us to unsubscribe from future communications. Please have them email bereavements@bounty.com with the email used to register the account and we will update their membership details to ensure that they no longer receive any communications from us or our partners.
